for some time there is a page called www.rebrickable.com . the idea is simple. You have a list of sets and parts You own and then You can calculate what other sets You can build from Your part collection. and it also has a MOC section where You have to option to build MOCs generated by other Lego builders. and this hot rod is another great brick put in the wall of shared and build-able MOCs . so if You like there's the LDD file for instructions and have fun with building it ;)
