A self-moc for 12LegoGreendude, and a chibi self-moc of Andrew Mayfield, for the chibi self-moc contest! Posting two at a time helps me catch up.
About this creation
Some may know my situation, I'm down a photo box. But, my sister got a new amazing camera for her birthday, so now I can take pics whenever I want, in any light condition! These were taken in the afternoon, an impossibility for me previously!
On to the mocs, as I'm sure 12Lego's been anxious for a long time!
But first, Andron! (Trolololo!) Custom head by Chronos Omega, modified for extra epicness by me (I added an extra tri-thingy to add teeth under the head, and a brick in the back.)
My first real chibi, even smaller than Xero!
He has a trident. It stabs things.
The back. I love this torso.
The feet. Took a while to get right, they're great!
They stay together just by the strength of the balljoint! See?
Such an epic chest! I still can't believe I got the legs to work with a metru lower arm, as they only have one point of connection! Maybe this is a first!
Final shot. Not very posable, because all I had left were old balljoints, and those fall off soooo easily! RAAAGE!
Tarshduk lookin epic.
I like the color scheme, I think I perfectly captured the original's (Maybe less gold)
The arms, these are positively ludicrous! They stay on just from the friction of the claw's axle, and that isn't very strong. The arms just plop off occasionally.
Legs, I like the design. Typical me to bend stuff, but this time at least I was only squishing rubber.
Back, not too happy with it. I was feeling uninspired, because I think this is the only custom torso I've made besides Tempus that doesn't have anything but 90 degree angles in it. I love crazy angles in torsos, but since I decided I just had to use that vahki piece as abs of steel, it couldn't take angles.

Height comparison with Zerk. Zerk's very tall, just a little taller.
Sneek Peek time! Here's two mocs coming up from me: One HF and one system.
Doesn't have a name yet. One of three seasonal HF mocs (Spring and Summer are redundant, and I don't have THAT much green), with tree thingies on their backs.
And a recursive vignette! It's me building me! (Built by me!) I'm very proud of it, I didn't know I could build system this well! (Heck, I never actually could!) Before anybody says anything, I have a big nose, so that's pretty accurate.
My epic ebay order! I got these babies, which are easily at least $5 used, some $7, and I got all four for $14, NEW NEVER DISPLAYED! (plus $2 shipping) Surprised nobody else took it before I did! (lol, Callan)
My gali mask collection has become enormous! I only need three more I think (yellow, light blue and red) to complete it. It's not like I collect these obsessively, I don't have many odd colors of other ones...

I'm not really a Chibi man, myself, but I like your Tarshduk quite a bit. Very much like the torso and lower leg assembly. Nice! |

About Reapa, that was the point. He's not a bionicle character, so I thought that feet that match the color scheme would look weird, so I used more of shoes. And honestly, I fiddled a little bit with possible foot designs, and I don't have enough tooth peices to do it (I only have a few in red) and nothing else could really do the claws. |
