... Little Captain Infinity decided to take a nightly fish at the old fishing pier by Chinatown. Little did he know that he was about to catch something a little bigger than a fish!

I originally planned to make just Ecto-1 on a base but decided to go bigger! I also tried to put as many little details as I can into this!
