Introducing the new version of the Winchester from the movie Shaun of the Dead... not much has changed on the outside… but it’s in the inside that we have some very cool new cool features.

About this creation

The first version of the build only had a detailed ground floor… actually it did not even have a wall on the side in order to simplify the photography.

This new version is now a fully modular house with a detailed interior on every floor. As with any other LEGO modular, the floors can each be removed to allow an easy access and playability.

The team has been slightly improved...

Don't stop me noooow...

The third floor features a bedroom and a complete bathroom...

on the second floor we have a kitchen and a dining room..

... and on the ground floor we have the tavern that has been slightly modified to accommodate the staircase to the upper floors.

The build now also has a backdoor.

The Zombie cast has also been upgraded a bit!

The Winchester is a CUUSOO project... and a few days ago we got our first official feedback from LEGO and it's a positive one! I know that a lot of people did not believe this to be possible at first but...
the project is supported by Edgar Wright, Director of the movie and Simon Pegg who's playing Shaun... Lego has given us an initial greenlight... so... if you wish to see the Winchester become one day an official LEGO set, all you have to do is head over to the project page,

The improvements are awesome. It definitely has the feel of the movie. I think any fan would pick this set up and add it to their collection. Excellent work.
