Achernar Delta, 130:48
The savages came again in the night, with their horrifying catcalls and brutish grunts. I've taken to boarding up my entryways at night for my own safety, though I fear that it's not my life they're after. They seem to be attracted to the Stargazer, the magnificent clockwork relic I unearthed only two cycles ago. I know not why they seem so desperate to procure the artifact, only that I must keep it from them at all costs. The bandits are becoming more brazen in their assaults, and it's only a matter of time before they make a move in the daylight, which they seem to abhor. In the event that this happens, my only option is to take a last stand, either eliminating the wretched filth from this planet or to be taken in spirit from this dimension defending it.

ľKeith Bedlam, Archaeologist

This creation is loosely inspired by the events and locations in Riven.

As always, a huge thanks to my team for the constructive criticism, ideas, suggestions, and ridiculous chat sessions! You guys are the reason I wouldn't trade this experience for anything. ;)

Interesting. The machinery looks great, as does the fossilised skeleton.

Quoting Lego Junkie Excellent work on this one Micah, I'm glad you took my Archaeology idea serious, the end result is incredible. You also couldn't have gotten such a good product without John. "DO IT OVER."
Haha, yeah. I probably would have left it the way it was in the WIPs if John hadn't told me to do it again from scratch. Even if he was being ironic, it definitely inspired me to redo it on a much grander scale. (And the archaeology thing combined with the Myst concept was brilliant. Thanks a ton!)
