Where did the LDD of an FDNY ladder go? It's gone because I finally built an FDNY style ladder. I used some artistic license and built it more like the rig from Rescue me, so its more of a Pierce, but I'm calling it a Seagrave. My favorite feature is the outriggers. I tried my best to make them like they are on real FDNY rigs. Also, the internal ladder storage is bigger than what ive done before so that the 3-piece yellow ladder can fit in there. For reference, the ladder goes halfway through the big compartment behind the cab, so yeah, im patting myself on the back for that one. Oh, and it has the FDNY can storage, despite the fact that i really dont understand the concept of carrying a water extinguisher into a structure fire (anyone care to enlighten me?).
