Haha! I was waiting for this. Once I saw that category I had a feeling you'd do it. Great work, it's instantly recognizable as both the the car and the venator. Now wouldn't it be cool if Lego made this into a theme? I would buy the sets if they looked like this. Great work, my friend! I love it all.

Thank you all! In my oppinion, the Millenium McQueen was also more iconic. Maybe because the Sheriff doesnt have a leading part in the movies. I would have loved to doo for example luigi and/or guido. But I had to take one with colors I have -> Black/White.

Hehe, the MIT champion revisiting an award winning idea! Great job! Though I think "Car Wars" would sound better than "Star Cars".

Hate to break it to you, Deus, but you are dead wrong: this IS instantly recognizable, it DID give me a fabulous first impression, and it IS a job well done. An excellent entry! This will be hard to beat!

Looking at the sets it is of course amazing, but the first glance was not quite that. Your previous star cars creation used really iconic characters that are instantly recognizable, even for casual Star Wars fans. If you used an imperial star destroyer, for example, everybody would recognize it as a job well done from the first picture, and the first impression counts.
