Biography:

How Idohs came into existence is unknown. In fact, not one soul knew he even existed until he joined The Web. He was simply found by Akrius and eventually merged in as one of the 9 elite for The Web. How Akrius found him, and what his motives were of bringing Idohs into his ranks, are still unknown. Perhaps Idohs has a special ability that will help Akrius in achieving his ultimate goal...

Personality:

Idohs' personality is much different from those of Akrius and Zaktoff. Instead of being cruel and evil, Idohs is surprisingly fearful. He is always afraid of getting in trouble, and scared of not doing a job correctly. He especially gets fearful around Akrius, even if he isn't yelling at Idohs (Which he usually is). Idohs is so fearful of doing a job wrong that he usually does do it wrong (taking out a toa, leading a group of Web Soldiers, etc.), which leads to him getting in trouble, something else Idohs fears. It seems it's just an unfortunate cycle for him...
Aside from his main personality trait, Idohs is surprisingly caring of others, something Akrius fears may take Idohs over. what would happen if Idohs saw Akrius as the bad guy and decided to side with the Toa?

Side Notes:

The third member of The Web! It's actually funny, because when I was making him, I was thinking of giving him a very cruel and sinister personality, but then at the last second, I changed his personality entirely. I think either personality would've fit Idohs well, but I like the idea of a sympathetic villain. His personality is based off of Sidoh, a Shinigami from Death Note, who also looks evil, but is always worried about something.
