Another alternate of the Beach House. It's getting harder to build houses without using the same design twice with this set. On the main photo, you can see the front of the house with its many windows and the glass balcony.

About this creation

Close look at the entrance and a bit of the inside plus the pavement, the bushes and the mailbox.

Nice job. The fountain is very good. From my experiences, it's hard to make an alternative of that set without making an abstract house...or perhaps it's just me that makes strange-looking buildings from this set...Anyway, great job!

It seems building alternate houses is quite tricky, because there is not very much you can do to differentiate. Still you were able to divide the model in 3 separate units. I also really dig the fountain! Maybe I should try my hand at an alternate house someday...
