I like your attempt at the suggestion of waves in the water. I think, however the water might have worked better with a SNOT approach, or having been tiled out. The ship and land, while nicely arranged is farily simple in it's construction techniques and detailing. Score of 2.

Great work Austin! The surf is really pretty and that ship is wicked. I especially love how the orange neon just pops off the screen in such stark contrast to the grey. Well done and good luck!
