In this scene, an elven earth mage is fighting off an orc raiding party. The mage has opened up a deep gash in the ground, under the orcs feet. The vines, vegetation, and flowers of the nearby landscape help the mage to defeat the evil enemies!!! Links on next picture.
The orcs fall into the hole created by the mage, it continues to the bowels of the earth, or so they say...
An orc archer is incased in vines and vegetation.
An orc body, fully incased in greenery. The poor orc, from then on he would never touch salad again!! The elven mage, a powerful member of the elven order.
The hole created by the mage, opening up, with no minifigs in it.
Another view of the hole.
The scene with no minifigs. Thanks for viewing!!
Not bad with the hole in the ground, but I would've liked to have seen a bit more detail to the rest of the environment in the form of additional plants, more texture (one of the few times I prefer studs), and some height variation. Score of 2.
Really liking this vig! While it's not the largest or most complex creation in the world, I just love the general feel of it. The pit and the greenery covered monster are my favourite parts, and they look fantastic. Great work and good luck with the judges!
Mr. Simpson, by itself, this is a terrific creation. However, this doesn't completely fulfill the "detailed" vignette category. I really like your SNOT landscape but I thought some more details would've been called for. Your Score: 3
I like the idea and the hole is clever. More detail, as the good Monkey Doctor pointed out, would have greatly helped. A shot of the whole build would have been nice as well, instead of just the top of it. This is almost a 3, almost....Your score = 2
