I used SNOT(Studs Not On Top) for the roof, and used transparent-clear 1x2 plates for the actual light part, then I put a flashlight above it... and voila!

Sometimes a judge comes onto a MOC and sees it's already been judged with a lower score than they first thought it should be. So they think to themselves "Oh man, that judge totally gave a lower score....I should do the same so I don't look like I'm a crazed lunatic!". Well my friend, I AM a crazed lunatic and everyone knows it. Great luck for you, a lifelong affliction for me. This build is creative, simple, and expertly done. Score= 5.
