1986 Seagrave Pumper
Engine 101 is a 1986 Seagrave engine. It has a 1,250gpm Waterous pump fed from a 750 gallon tank.
About this creation

Engine 101 is Oak Creek's frontline pumper. When the Oak Creek Volunteer Fire department was created because the village had expanded to nearly 500 minifigs, Platesmouth VFD donated their reserve engine to them.

The front mounted bell is often rung during parades and school demonstrations. Otherwise Engine 101 used its electronic siren to notify civilians they are on a call.

Engine 101 was originally purchased with a deck gun and a booster reel above the pump. The rural nature of Oak Creek means both are often used to extinguish brush fires in concert with Brush 101.

I really like this great work, nice to see that new turnout gear in use as well.

This is a very nice fire truck and looks great in white (I haven't seen many white fire trucks). Quite refreshing to see. Great features and it looks like a lot of fun to play with. My only small criticism is that I think the wheels are bit small for an 8 wide truck but that is just a minor thing. Overall I have to say that this is a very nice piece of work. Top stuff!
