A Dragon's Skeleton
About this creation
After talking to my good friend Deus about the LEGO Dragons Contest on Flikr the other day, I thought I'd try my hand at an entry. And again, this is another break in between larger projects including my Race Transporter and my Space Gypsy MOCmurder ;)

LEGO Skeleton Dragon

I decided to construct a Dragon's Skeleton, displayed on a wooden plinth in a Natural History Museum, along with the Viking's who died fighting him.

LEGO Skeleton Dragon 3

LEGO Skeleton Dragon 5

And if you were wondering, the tail is made from the sword in this 4 Juniors set and the head is a limb joint from this Knights Kingdom set :)

Thanks for stopping by :)

This is incredible... the only thing i can find fault with is those skis on the wings... they don't seem like they'd be much good.

Quoting Callan Lord of Fire Pretty cool, George! Would've been nice to see an actual museum for it!
If I had more time and if I didn't have plenty of sorting to do before the MOCAthalon, I would have made a whole museum :)

That is super cool. It looks a lot like you'd think it would, and it has a really nice bony but filled-out look to it. Neat MOC :) (pairing it with the viking skeletons was fun, too)
