Powers: Can stop, speed up, and slow down time. Time travel. Inter dimensional travel (with use of necklace)

Occupation: Supreme Deity over Time, keeping the universe in balance

Here...he...IS! Finally, V5 of Dalta is complete! This is the best verson and almost certainly the last. Without further introduction, lets begin!

Lets start with the arms. This one is supposed to look like it has armor on it. The purpose will be revealed later.
PS.I did away with the gun arm, I really only did that to begin with becuase I couldn't find the parts for another hand.

My awesome upper arm design. I've been working out in real life so I wanted to make it seem as though Dalta has as well.

I want to point out that this has no gaps in it. I'm proud of that.

Upper chest. In my opinion, it looks much better than the old designs. Also, he was his necklace back from the first version!

Every hero needs a weapon. This is Dalta's...

A giant staff! It ties together the whole God like look I was going for. Dalta needs the armor on his arm to weild it. It basically just ampliflies his powers, like a lot.

So yeah. This version of Dalta is the best so far. However, he is dead. If I hadn't been so lazy and actually finished Into the Inferno, you would have known that Dalta dies at the end. However, he gets reborn in the after life and now has two jobs. One is making sure no one screws around with the delicate thing that is time. The second is making sure that no one destroys the universe, that would be bad. He can't directly interfere with the world of the lving however so he selects those worthy to complete these tasks, often giving them a signifigant power boost to do so. Next post will be my secondary self moc!
