The next variation turned out to be a strange mix between the Avenger Cannon and the Werewolf.

Andrew "Hump-Free" Humphrey gave me permission to alter the images prior to posting this MOC.

Background:
The MSX-08H "Hurricane Gundam" is the total opposite of the "Blademaster".
This thing is a monster that has more guns than a squad of 5 mobile suits. It rarely uses it's close combat weapons since not many units can get close without losing half of their body parts first...

It's armament consists of:
-2x Heavy Beam Minigun(experimental)
-2x Beam Saber
-1x Granade Launcher(under right arm)
-1x Twin Smartgun
-4x Swarm Missile Pack
-2x 180mm Cannon

Additional Equipments:
-Enhanced Motion Sensor
-Smartgun ammo pack
-Long Range Comm. Deivce

This unit was developed to be a heavy support unit, that can provide heavy suppressve fire in order to cover it's team members. However, this unit is lacking speed and mobility due to it's massive payload of weapons. But has twice the amount of armor of a regular mobile suit.

It's customised exclusively for Sgt. Carson, who is a member of the "Exorcists" special Ops squad.

Hurricane without heavy weapons

Heavy Beam Minigun: an experimental weapon that Federation Scientists developed. One of the most powerful hand held weapon developed for Mobile Suits. It has a built in coolant system to prevent the weapon from overheating.

180mm Cannon: can be used for longe range strikes

Sgt. Carson: A model soldier who obeys his orders and gets the job done...but sometimes he can be a trigger happy guy too...

Don't get mad, back when I started I barely had any presentation at all for my MOCs, just a few angled pictures of a standing MOC and that was about it! :D But I learned a lot from other people like Andrew and Mithryl and when LDD4 came out it also made my work a lot easier. I remember the time before LDD4, I had to position the sections of the body seperately to make an actual pose(it was HELL), since LDD couldn't move a complex part for some odd reason.

Um, this is a digital lego MOC and the LDD file is public so if you would like to try and build it, go ahead and take the file! Tough I'm pretty positive that the arms would need to be rebuilt in order to keep the heavy guns up.

Originaly my first MOC was based on Soren's GM frame with some imrpovements. Since then I've been using the same methods, but they kinda evolved from Soren's stuff.

Yes, I definitely wanted to make it more of a Seed MS in looks, but if that's not noticable on this one, than I'm sure the next one will be the closest to a Seed MS. The body is actualy the exact same that I've been using since the Werewolf with only minor changes.

I didn't use this head up till now because it didn't give off the Gundam "feel" for me but rather a more futuristic look. However it turned out pretty well with this design. At first I only built de granade launcher and the smartgun, but then I decided to experiment with a new minigun design that looks similiar to the Unicorn Gundam's beam gatling and I ended up with this guy. :P

Thomas, you've created a monster. :P honestly, I doubt I've ever built a Mech that I'd feel comfortable going up against this thing in. what's incredible is that, in comparison to just about any Western Mech with firepower to match this thing, I'd say this thing should be quite fast. of course, armor might be an issue (Western Mechs are beefy for a reason). anyway, this is incredible. there are a few details I dislike, such as the missile launchers mounted on the arm guns (weapons mounted on weapons is a tad too much :P), but otherwise this is a really clean design. the beam vulcans are making me drool, though I think eight barrels is a tad bit overkill. anyway, excellent work. honestly, I think you're a VERY good builder, and despite not being an Eastern Mech fan, I've REALLY liked your latest Mech designs. oh, and by the way, EVERY "true" model soldier is a bit trigger-happy. :P
