I can see the gundam influence in the colours, but I'm not really seeing it in the shape or for that matter any detail. I'm not keen on the backpack design. I'm not sure what's wrong exactly, I just don't think it works. Also, for the height, and length of the limbs, the chest could do with being a little heavier, it gives it a strange anorexic look that is under-developed. don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating a "western style" heavy mech, I actually like the slimmer style. I just feel that chest goes on a mech with shorter limbs perhaps. Great start, but it needs some work.

ooh, nice! it has enough of that delicious beefiness to it to fulfill my Western taste (actually, I like chicken better than beef... :P), yet still has that slim, agile look that Eastern Mechs have. also, can you give me the secret to the horns? I've had aggravatingly little success as far as my attempts to create good Samurai horns goes. by the way, was this based off the Mountaineer?
