This is 9 years’ worth of background. Bear with me.
Krahkihti was originally a Dark Hunter experiment that (well, let’s say) had “unexpected” results… Roodaka actually had her hand in his creation after being given blueprints by an unknown entity. Krahkihti was initially planned to be a servant to the Shadowed One that purposely could not function without mental input from the Dark Hunter leader. He was a brute and did his job very efficiently. That was until one day…
Krahkihti simply gained sentience (no one knows how or why) and rebelled. He escaped his leader’s mind control and fled to Metru-Nui where he met one of his only friends, Venonix. The relationship forged that day sparked an alliance that lasts to this day. The two began seeking out powerful creatures to challenge and eliminate. Sometime during this, Krahkihti unlocked his power of Absorption. He was able to take in the very essence of either fallen or weak opponents thus making him stronger. Also, this power will use the soul absorbed as a shield when Krahkihti is killed. So, if he has at least one soul aside from his own, he will survive fatal wounds, falls, and explosions. The tour of destruction continued until Krahkihti went on his own to pursue five bug-like warriors (the original Giga-Manti). He killed and absorbed each one but was defeated by their younger brother, Vordahk. The souls manifested themselves and teleported Krahkihti and Vordahk to an unknown planet (Yerma-Magna). Krahkihti was then frozen and sealed away.
Krahkihti, after thousands of years, was awoken by Xenos and conscripted into the Umbronix as their War General. After many escapades, conquers, genocides, and the untimely defeat of Phasmortis, Krahkihti was left a weakened shell of his former self. He was later captured by the Toa Kawatta and placed in a prison/archive. As you may suspect, Krahkihti did indeed escape. As he left the prison, he absorbed all the power of the inhabitants in the fortress and was not only replenished to his original form, but was also significantly stronger. He eventually reunited with Venonix and they created the Legion of Ghosts.

He now has a slightly different design for a head and a very large horn he uses for ramming opponents. Also MOAR TEETH!
He wields a massive hammer that he crafted that very few aside from him can lift. The hammer has a unique power to disrupt various fields of energy (aka, shields) thus making a hit very painful. He occasionally will also use the two daggers below as weapons.
I always saw Krahkihti as a reptilian creature so I decided to fit him with a shell like a turtle. It houses most of his important “wiring” and has a powerful turbine jutting out from it.
He stands slightly taller than his last form but I feel he looks a lot more streamline compared to the version I built in 07’ He is surprisingly very stable and very poseable.
