The second of my Regalia-1 units, the Recon-1.
About this creation
The Regalia-1 Recon-1! Now, before you get on me about the color scheme, let me say this: THIS MECHA IS NOT PINK! IT IS NOT FEMININE IN ANYWAY EITHER!
The Recon-1 is built for speed. 11 thrusters are on this mecha, giving it it's speed. With light armor and very little of it at that, the Recon-1 prefers to hid in the shadows and run rather than engage in combat. Built into the chest armor, a camera allows pictures to be taken and stored in the chest, whereas visual data received through the primary visual receptors is stored in the head.

The Recon-1 is equipped with a light LMG attached to it's left arm. This LMG sees little use however, as the Recon-1 prefers to run for mommy rather than engage in combat
When the Recon-1 is forced into combat, it's first impulse is to scatter and strafe at the opponent, while formulating a plan to escape. If a group of Recon-1s is attacked, they will do the same, as seen in the above picture.
The LDD file is attached, feel free to make good use of it.

This looks very cool, but I think the front armor looks a bit wierd that way. how about you turn those sloped parts downwards instead of sideways? The color is good but I black with red would looks a thousand times better with this shape! |

A shame It can't be built because the studs with the holes are only available in white. |

umm, that looks a lot like pink to me. :P lavender doesn't count as pink-ish? :P
anyway, looks nice. I think I liked the green-ish one and Rabid's variant a bit better (probably because of the curved slope pieces and the color scheme :P), but this is still good.
by the way, is this in minifig scale? |

Uhmm... Pink much? XD JK, nice work on the armoring with this, though I think it would look a bit nicer with a dark-gray and red colorscheme, but that's just my personal preference. |
