The Magelica
A Dwarven warship.
About this creation
Most people don't think of Dwarves as sailors, but centuries ago
an intrepid group of Dwarves from Mitgardia left their mountain
caverns and set out to sea (even Oaknob from Pikesteel Mountain
served several decades aboard a Dwarven ship). Today the Dwarven
fleet operates out of both Tradewind Bay and the Bay of Storms.

This Saber class vessel, the Magelica, is home to the illustrious
Zondervan Farknocker, Admiral of the Dwarven fleet and the first
Dwarf to sail around all of Historica.

The Saber class saw extensive use during the Second Orc War due
to their speed and maneuverability. These days they're used mostly
for patrol and ice breaking through the lower reaches of the
Frozen Beyond.

The Magelica is built from extra durable Dwarven black-steel with
a double hull at the bow. She is equipped with two forward firing
steam-cannons but their accuracy is so off they're best used at
close range.

The main weapon is the ram-blade, the sharpened front of the ship
that is used to pierce and split the target. The side mounted
paddle-wheels are steam driven and provide the speed needed to
make the ram-blade so effective.

The Magelica is also equipped with two Mithril sails that are set
and adjusted by the crew below deck.

Due to the extreme cold of the Northern reaches of Mitgardia all
of the ships functions can be handled inside the cabin or below
decks, with the crew usually only going up on deck for fresh air.

Nice design! I like the windows on the side of the cabin. (Where'd you get the sails?)

Striking ship! The shape looks great. I am especially fond of the angled side near the back.

Indeed, the striking shape really sets this apart as a fearsome ship. Interesting sails, I might add.

I love the unique structure of the boat, and I love how the pirates have black hats to blend with the boat.
