Okay, nice entry! He is certainly very chibi. :P The claw is a good idea but looks a bit odd from some angles, and his wide shoulders look a bit strange. Also I think the red axles detract slightly from the appearance. However, the complexity is fantastic, so ill give you 4/5.
Thank you, Sadly I only have red and white axles left atm, I need to place a bricklink order very soon. As for the shoulders, when I was building him I had intended to use ball joints, but I only have red ones left D:
