Technic Unicyclist
Just a quick Technic robot unicyclist I did in my spare time. I think he's kinda cute and he always gets a laugh when I show him to people.
About this creation
He isn't robotic in the sense that he actually has servos and can ride the unicycle by himself, but he's still a cute little novelty that people seem to enjoy. If you hold him by the sides of his torso he wobbles around and looks like he's trying to catch his balance because of the ball joint at his hip.

A rear view.

Whoa!

Quoting Polomoche Mann HaHaHaHaHa! I love it! This looks fantastic and it's such a fun idea! 5 stars from me :-)
Thanks Polomoche Mann! It's fun to watch people use it. It bends at the waist and looks like he's really trying to balance.

Quoting Ian Spacek I'm a unicyclist, and you did a pretty good job! I came up with a similar unicycle design, but that was before I joined the pages. Nice work!
Thanks Ian! One of the stupidest things I've ever done was to sell my unicycle. I used to ride it to school everyday. I'm very impressed with your vigs, I don't think I could come close to your skills.

Quoting Thomas Graafland Cool! I love it! It really looks like a human! I'd love to see a video with it in action! :-)
Thanks, Thomas! A video would be a great idea. It's best enjoyed in motion, obviously. As it's pushed along it seems like it's trying to maintain its balance because the ball joint at the hip makes it hard to simply push it.

Quoting Benny Boy I think it's perfect, lovely to see a technic man rather than a bionicle man, I love how there's even a little mouth in his face, AND there's a working unicycle attached to him, good work
Thanks, Benny! Coming from someone with your talent that means a lot to me.

Quoting StoveTop Creator The pose is great. Also neat that you saw a face/mouth in that technic piece. I use a technic piece too for my crab faces. Great use of all the technic parts! :)
Thanks again! His face was (as many things are with LEGOs) a happy accident. When I put the piece in he just looked cute.

Quoting Hayden. (Zac.) Such detail! I love it1 especially the man and his limbs, but I think the wheel needs to be bigger.
Thanks, Hayden. I agree about the wheel. It was the only wheel type I had that has an axle hole instead of a smooth hole and I wanted the legs to "pedal" when he was pushed along. Someday I hope to switch it out for a bigger one.

Quoting Romany Woodhouse So poseable and so much character! I'm really impressed.
Thanks! I used to ride a unicycle so I wanted to make it look like he's really balancing.

Quoting DeTomaso Pantera Thanks for your comment! I love this dude! He's just awesome and very inventive. Oh and did you build him from the Technic Stormtrooper set? I've got all those Star Wars Technic sets apart from the s-illy little Pit Droid.
Thanks! Yes, he's made from mostly the Technic Stormtrooper. I have most of those kits (including the Pit Droid) but I've dismantled them for parts. BTW, I'm insanely jealous of your building skills; they're truly inspirational.
