My little (but epic) science vessel on Star Trek Online...

About this creation

The USS Halcyon is one of the three ships I currently own on STO. It is a Quasar class science vessel, in the same category as the Nova and Aurora classes. In my opinion, it's the best looking out of those three.

The standard armament of this ship is as follows:
Fore weapons: MIII Phaser beam array, MIII Photon torpedo launcher
Aft weapons: MIII Phasar beam array, MIII Photon torpedo launcher

The stock shields are MIII as well.

Stock impulse engines are ok...

You can modify anything about your ships, including the equipment and aesthetics. Currently, the equipment on this ship is far superior to the standard equipment.
Current weapons:
Fore: MIV Dual disruptor beam arrays, MIV Photon torpedo launcher
Aft: MIV Refit phaser array, MIV Photon torpedo launcher.
The shields are far superior.
The deflector dish is superior.
Impulse engines are...well, ok....

Comparison with my Excelsior. They are roughly to scale with each other.

End notes:
I really do love my little science vessel on STO. There's just something about it. Right now (27.1.2012 [or 1.27.2012 for you Americans]), I'm using a heavy cruiser, but that's not to say I won't go back. The ship served me well, and shall continue to do so. Anyway, comment, rate, do whatever, your thoughts are appreciated!

The Borg are just tremendous trolls on STO, if you ask me, but that must have been torturous for you. No shields...ouch...
