I like the color scheme. A pendular suspension system with rubber bands would be the simplest

Excellent. I love the fall Guy :). Suspension on a moc this size would be very difficult but not impossible. Maybe torsion bars using small technic lift arms. Senator Chinchilla and Nick Barret have used them on their latest mocs. Or maybe elastic bands. Good luck. What you need is an eighties montage scene with BA baracus and Magyver. ;) You gotta have a montage. Sorry I will stop now.
