Non-Humanoid Contest Entry: Darettu

Hey people! I recently joined another minor contest, Mudslide's Non-Humanoid Contest. So, I decided to give it a go, and here is my entry. :D

About this creation

Here's a link to the contest.

Here is the Darettu.
Darettu are large burrowing Rahi from Bota Magna.

They have powerful legs for pushing around rocks and stuff.

They are hard to kill because of their thick carapaces.
But despite their fearsome appearances, Darettu are docile creatures, only attacking small Rahi for prey.

Darettu have a poor sense of sight, despite having four eyes. They mostly rely on smell, as evidenced by their four large nostrils.

They have strong forelegs for digging.

Darettu have two small clawed arms on their underbellies. These arms can move objects and grab prey while the other four legs are walking or digging.

A random Onu-Matoran is wandering around.
When suddenly...

*slam*
Matoran: AAH!
Darettu: Wuhk urk! Wuhk nuh nuh! (Play, nice person? Play with me?)

Matoran: I'm outta here!
Darettu: Urk wuk... (Goodbye, friend.)

So that's it.
This was built in about twenty minutes, not my best work, but oh well. :)

Yeah, the Darettu is like a huge lovable puppy- extremely intimidating and scary, but it just wants to play.

Thank you! Let me tell you, those cuffs are really useful- I have used them as greebles on Galaxus and armor on Avillo, as well as claws on a Toxic Reapa upgrade.
