R23 SkyHawk & Shadow Falcon
I guess this would be the Sky-fi Retry, wouldn't it?
About this creation

This is the R23 SkyHawk. It's a small, one-man fighter plane. I think I might try a few other color schemes on this guys before I rip it down for parts.

And this is the Shadow Falcon. This one is a three-man bomber. This plane was inspired by Paul Romano's Comment on my first attempt at a sky-fi plane. He said "I can just see a bunch of these little guys in various colors protecting a bigger airship."

Ok, so it's not quite an airship and I've only got one fighter. I think that is a step in the right direction.

The cockpit was a little bit challenging. I wanted this plane to be in the same scale as the fighter, but I only had canopies for minifig scale. In the end, I was forced to improvise. I used the minifig scale canopies and built little pilot seats to put in the cockpit. It's not very pretty but it works.

Northern Notes:
Just want to thank everyone for all the great advice! It certainly helped bring this little creation (and a much bigger one) together. Now! On to bigger and better things!

That's some very special aircraft design you have there (the wings folded down) I like the greebles on the engine, very nice.

The greeble work on the visible elements of the engines is fantastic. Not a huge fan of the color selection, but who cares? These are solid.

Nice! Awesome colour scheme on the mini, and I like the greebles on the other! This is made all the more impressive by how long it took to build, it couldn't have been more than 2 or 3 days. Phenomenal work!

Very nicely done on both builds! The greebles on the Shadow Falcon are great, but I would think that they would be more minimal for aerodynamics.
