Today at 3:00 PM, SCFD crew where dispatched to a MVA on Brickton Drive, en route, Legolia County Rescue 11 hit the right side of the rig, and left it dead in the middle of the intersection. It turns out both units where responding to the call, and Rescue 11 sirens going off dint not allow the driver to hear Engine 3. Tower Ladder 4 and MedLink Medic 3 stopped to help the Crew of Engine 3, while Engine 5 and Tower Ladder 6 took over the call. a PD cruiser was also responding behind LCEMS Rescue 11, and notice that the Medic unit did not slow down at the intersection, while Engine 3 had. Engine 3's Lt. was injured on his right wrist, and is off for 2 weeks, for proper healing.

Quoting Raytheon Fire Apparatus SCFD should sue Legolia, to pay for the damage to E3, the medical bills of the Lt, and their contract should be voided.

Stud City nor the Stud City Fire Department has any interests in taking this to court, it happened once and the engine company was out or service for about 5 weeks, besides, LCEMS insurance plan covers for all damage done.

I usually try to keep it short, but its understandable! the ARFF is still in some Bricklink stores, but I sorted out my lime green pieces, going to use black or red bricks to fill the middle, this way I have the shell in lime green, and the rest in easy access color's

Well I needed an excuse to update engine 3,just adeed new head lights and red plates at the bottom as well as opining doors, next up tower ladder 4 will get some updates ;) and yes I believe legolia will be hearibg from the state troopers! Hehehehe
