The Samual-Koenig SK-25A Hellbird Air superiority fighter is the latest and greatest fighter in the Talian air force. Built to replace the outdated SK-10 Jethawks, it is a stealth capable, canard/delta winged, super-maneuverable jet fighter. Since its design/ avionics render it invisible on radar, it can fly into a danger zone at mach 2.5, drop its payload, and escape undetected. The technology used in the Hellbird is also being used to develop a new all purpose fighter to replace the aging SK-12's. The SK-25 may unfortunately be the last Samuel-Koenig fighter, however, due to a financial meltdown within the company after the failed "Space Fighter" project.
About this creation
The SK-25 uses a single thrust vectoring rectangular jet nozzle with gyroscopic stabilizers in its wing tips to allow maneuverability while thrust vectoring.
The Hellbird has canards to improve subsonic and supersonic maneuverability while giving up a slight amount of top speed.
The SK-25's sleek low-profile design renders it virtually invisible on radar.
