Galileo's Observatory
Welcome to the Florence observatory of 16th century astronomer, physicist, and philosopher, Galileo Galilei. This vignette is entirely fictionalized. I have no clue what Galileo's actual villa looked like, but this was a very fun throw-together, and a great excuse to use that wonderful torso. Enjoy!

Nice! That telescope and roof-dome-thingy look great, as does the rest of the MOC.

Sweet lil creation! I don't know why, but the archways are my fave part; the way you made them flow nice and evenly back into the building is very cool. Great work, buddy!

Very Good!!! Depending on the country you live in theres this really cool book that tells about the really gruesome deaths of famous people. Galileo is in the book too. The book is called How They Croaked. It is really good.

Impressive! The whole thing's outstanding, but including a ceiling light is a terrific detail few builders remember. (Or bother with.) Great work!

WOW PAUL! This a really great throw together. The Galileo figure is really superb. I see you found another great use for that Harry Potter torso. The outside is great and the detail on the inside are epic too. Way to go!

Quoting Ian Spacek:
The torso is the Albus Dumbledore torso from Harry Potter. It comes in the large Hogwarts Castle or the 15$ magnet set which comes with Albus, and two other people. (I have the magnet set, that's how I know)
