this toa has the elemental ablilty to freeze anything in its track, but not by using ice or snow but by using liquid nitrogen. his sword is filled with liquid nitrogen and when in contact with anything it will freeze. Nitronogon can also shoot freezing blasts of liquid nitrogen from his palms.
