So what inspired this bane to humanity? Love the angles and the bridge location you came up with. It kind of remids me of a Romulan battlecriuser of a far more depraved nature. Plus the slave girl hood ornament is always a must! Good to see you still brickin'. I've been working on a couple of things myself but they're not quite ready yet. Hopefully in a couple of weeks. Cheers and Happy New Year! |

Now here's nice farewell to 2011! As always excellent work with the image editing, and the battlecruiser is very nice too. I'll have a drink on hoping you make more castle-themed MOCs this year :D Happy new year mate!
I have one 70% complete but I don't really think it's good enough to post unfortunately. I may rework it, so take comfort, I defiiately have one on the go, lol. Cheers mate, I love castle, but I see so many others doing so well with it I wonder whether my yellow castle facsination isn't really just an excersie in nostalgia, then again, what could be better! Cheers Pedro, look forward to seeing more from you also, cheers :) |

Whoa, what a beast of a ship! I love the shape, although I think it would be pretty cool to take those wing things and integrate them a bit more into the ship. Maybe some sort of connection between the wingtips and the rear of the ship?
HAhaha, you are so right, and I tried and tried but nothing worked and then I scrapped the idea. The best idea I had was using those thick hoses from the millenium falcon to loop from the tips back to strange mid section but I only have one of those! Cheers for looking mate:) |

There's an aptly named evil-looking beast. Good luck GAIA!
GAIA's lucky its human and that humans have been there own worst enemy since they learnt how to pick up a rock! Hahaha, all that war has prepared humanity to face an alien threat very nicely. And yet, even in such a scenario, I still see humans remaining factionalised. Hahaha, it's what makes us stronger, unfortunately the grease in the wheels of such a machine is too often blood. Peace above all else in a perfect world, but until then, ready the engines of war. Hahaha, I sound like a character in one of my books! Cheers dude... |

Hey Parrington. Reread Ch 1 and read Ch 2. Beautifully written. Will move on to Ch 3 soon, but had some
questions: Ch 1 is also impeccably edited (while I recognize you are still working on Ch 2). Are you also
editing, or is someone helping you with that?; Are all the fighters going to be piloted? No drones,
possibly commanded by pilots near them? Why did you make Captain Stone so young, relative to his
command and his daughter? |

Looks like GAIA and ESC have their work cut out for them. This is perfectly BOSS. I wouldn't want to face off this bad boy without at least a sector fleet, and that's for sure. Nicely done. Now that I've made some GAIA stuff, I may have to try my hand at the Draggonne. LONG LIVE GAIA! (I hope) ^Blub^
Cheers JAse, yeh I wanted to do a decent Draggone ship for a long time and finally had some inspiration! I would love to see you do a Draggone vessle, Marc has managed a cool fighter himself, and Mike made this death wheel kind of a thing (very Draggone), so we have been slowly ticking the enemy's theme over. Nice job bro. I like the back story of the Deathwing, as well as the overall shape to it. They must have a pretty tough hull to be hatched from lava. Nice job and keep em coming.
Ooh yeh, super tough, but the Draggone have specialised all their technologies into heat applications. They have forcefield, high temperature resilience etc, they use laser cannons etc, BUT they have met their match with humanity funnily enough because GAIA likes to use projectile weapons even in space, and 36 inch guns hitting you with solid shells when you're doing .8 lightspeed can really ruin your day! Cheers mate! |

The way this thing was built reminded me of Crimso Giger!
Hehe, I miss Crimso, yeh he and I are from the same era, both loved cs, and both enjoy going with the shapes of the bricks themselves rather than trying to bend the bricks into the shape of a concept in mind, if you know what I mean. He does it alot more than I do (and with much more detail) but I always promised myself that when I build Draggone vessels, I would do it in just that, very fun and natural to me, style. Cheers! |

Quite sinister. Lovely visuals. I favs are the one over the lava homeworld and the last one in deep space.
I agree, the last one works, and it ain't easy getting black Lego looking good against a spacescape, but I'm getting better at it. My fave is the the third or so pic with all the bright red lighting and the fighters flying around, probably doesn't work for some but that one looks real for me, cheers Tom! |
