A sliding door mechanism with a guided sliding door, for 4-wides or bigger cars.
About this creation
OK, here it is: This is the sliding door mechanism of my 4-wide T1 panel van.

The essential parts are some grill plates as guiding rails and some Technic pins with a knob for some upside down elements. Enough words, I'll let the photos do the "talking" now:














If you make a bigger model with some more space in the height you can get rid of the middle guiding rail:






So, this is my sliding door mechanism. I hope you like it.
Feel free to use it in your models, as long as you mention where you've seen it first ;-))
