About this creation
Here lies the MRSV, a Mobile Radar Surveillance Vehicle. the main purpose of these vehicles is to deploy radar coverage over an otherwise uncovered area fast, and effectively. The maximum range of the vehicles radar is about 193 miles (311 Km) Which is a great improvement over previous versions which the maximum radar range only extended about 107 miles (172 Km) under the best of circumstances. So, without any more further, and no more ado, I give you... the MRSV.
Lets start from the front and work our way to the back (gigidy)
Well, here you can see the front of the MRSV, which in fact I like, a lot. So much in fact that I will most likely keep that part and save it until I need to make another truck.
Just another angle of the front because I like it so much, Isn't it just so pretty?
It took me a little while to get the Wheel well just right, but I think I got it.
The inside of the drivers cabin, its a little blurry, but the d@mn camera wouldn't focus right.
Side of the car, not much to see here.
This here is the top, the radar antenna folds up all neat and nicely fro transport.
The doors to the surveillance cabin actually open, here they are... closed.
Now they are open, HOORAY!
The top lifts off pretty easily so you can get a peek inside of the Surveillance room.
The antenna can rise a small amount and still offer radar coverage (however limited) without interfering with the drivers ability to, well... drive.
Conforming with Andora's 2026 fuel goals, the MRSV can run on clone based fuels alone without any extra additives.

You're right the front of that truck is really well done. I have one suggestion for the sides to make it look a little better. Maybe you could add some simple fold out stabilizers. The truck is pretty high and with the radar tower, it would be good to have something to keep it upright in windy situations and such. Another way to go would be some tools and or storage bins. |
