Hi there folks! It's been a while since I last posted something. I tought I needed a little change so I've started to build some themes different from Gundam. So I introduce you the Heavy Gear theme that I'll be building from for while. My first build for this theme will be the Spitting Cobra, my second favourite Gear from the Heavy Gear II game. This was mainly a test to see how much I can shrink down my usual frame. And this one also fits a minifig!

Quoting Daan Lochs Hi, I really love this design, is there a way to receive the plans to this build? I actually made an account just to ask you! :) Thanks in advance for responding!
I've uploaded the LDD file, you just have to download it! Happy building! :)

Thanks people for all the great comments and critics! This was my first attempt at a gear but I'll build more eventually. What I was not too staisfied with was the chest and the head but that will change with the next build. I wish to build at least 5 more units so stay tuned!

Nicely done! Not very many Heavy Gear moc's or fans for that matter on MOCpages. I like the torso and head the most. I have yet to attempt a gear. I'm thinking along the line of maybe the Crusader Mk IV or a Warrior.

Awesome build and parts usage! From the reference pic, though, I'd say this need to be fatter all around. Nice work!

hey, nice work! I love the chunkier look this has compared to how skinny your Gundams usually are. and you got a minifig into it! congratz!

Nicely done! But you should lengthen the legs a tad and definitely beef up the limbs. The torso looks good, but a little big for the limbs. ^Blub^
