2007 Kenworth/Tempest - Responds on all activated alarms in hangars, and fires in wide-bodied commercial aircraft. Otherwise must be special called to a scene. This unit is available for mutual aid.

I remember seeing a picture of a Chicago vent unit. It was a Ford F-750 with a flatbed and large fan.

CFD has a smaller Ford chassis that was just placed in service around September at ORD. This rig was influenced by DFW. Riverwoods is a hybrid of Chicago-O'hare, DFW, Denver Int'l and Indianapolis Int'l.
