Quoting Gabor Horvath It means the traditional LEGO elements, They are the plates, bricks, etc, so not technic. You can use some technic parts, but not too much. :)

Very good! I like the overall shape. I can't give advice, but the blade isn' SNOT. But it's not a problem, I tink. Oh, this and some of your other minifig scaled models can be perfect for the group "System Vehicles". :)
