As Anaheim Electronics develops next-generation mobile suits under the Anti-Earth Union Group's "Project Zeta" flag during the Gryps Conflict, several design proposals are considered for the in-development MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam. One of these proposals will go on to become the MSN-00100 Hyaku Shiki, as its design proves too difficult to incorporate the transformation systems needed for the Zeta Gundam. The design is revised and then constructed as the Hyaku Shiki, although it does retain some features that will later be incorporated in the Zeta Gundam, such as the experimental "wing binders" mounted on its backpack, which pack extra thrusters and aide in maneuverability. Based on combat data and weapons designs from the RMS-099 Rick Dias and MSA-003 Nemo, plus incorporating data and the revolutionary new "movable frame" concept employed in the RX-178 Gundam Mark II, the Hyaku Shiki ("hyaku shiki" is Japanese for "type 100") proves to be a light, fast and highly agile unit.

The Hyaku Shiki is assigned to AEUG ace pilot Quattro Bajeena (the incognito Char Aznable - Zeon's "Red Comet" ace from the One Year War). The Hyaku Shiki is painted in a bright, highly distinctive gold paint scheme - ostensibly as a taunt to the Titans to prove that the AEUG can build mobile suits right under their noses - and has a reflective, anti-beam coating. Char uses the Hyaku Shiki as his personal mobile suit until the end of the Gryps Conflict, when it is heavily damaged in a battle against Axis leader Haman Karn's AMX-004 Qubeley in February UC 0088. A second Hyaku Shiki unit is later assigned to the troupe of young new pilots stationed aboard the AEUG's assault carrier Argama during the First Neo Zeon War that immediately follows in UC 0088. During the Gryps Conflict, Anaheim also creates two variants, the MSR-00100S Hyaku Shiki Kai, which is followed by a version intended (but not used) for mass production.

I got to be honest it was really cool to see the pic you based the build off of. It really gives you a better understanding the attebtion to details that you put into your builds. This is really just a great build

Very well, I understand the challenge in making it transform and look awesome at the same time. But over flag, eh? I'll look forward to it.

No way Char could pilot that, it's way too golden.

Quoting Winter Nis Awesome, just awesome! (backpack is my favorite) Btw where is your promised Kshatriya? x). Can't wait to see it!
It's currently on hold because I can't decide the scale witch I would build it at. If I decide to make it as big as my Sazabi than it'll need a huge amount of work because of all the details and that means it'll take a while to build...

Next is either the Gaplant or the Byalant(god I fell in love with this design after watching the 4th Unicorn OVA, total beast!)I couldn't decide yet.

Quoting Rabid Goldfish Very neat. There's just so many of the Gundams that I'm sure there's one to suit everyone's taste, huh? I will post tomorrow the redone version of the Echo. I added 4 studs to the shins, and the proportions do look alot better. The head even seems to fit better, thank you for your advice and inspiration. ^Blub^
Glad my advice was helpful! Oh and I bet even you could find the suitable Mobile Suit for your taste since not all of them look exactly humanoid. Try looking up the Methuss or Byalant(this one is a sick machine and it's on my list to build).

Quoting RICtendo ther Metagross Nice. If I can request, would you be able to do a GNX-903VW Brave (Commander Test Type)? Would be awesome.
Problem is that the Brave is a transformable MS and right now I'm having problems with transformation mechanism on mobile suits. I also have a WIP project of the Over Flag but it's not progressing at the moment, so until I manage to build at least one transformable MS, I'm not going to try built the Brave.

Quoting Gerfy Legorider I've seen a lot of Gundam mocs, but this one is among the best! Well-made and interesting to build too. Too bad it's in digital format only.
Thanks, it's definately buildable tough, so you only need to get the right pieces and some gold paint! :D

Though I prefer Zeta than Hyaku Shiki, but you still did a great job on this one. Beside its head, the leg, back pack, shoulder and the chase also show your great skill on brick usage though the color of some brick might make it impossible to mass production. Can't wait to see your next MS and thanks for comment on my angel^_^.
