About this creation
Man, this was alot of fun. I was gonna go out on Halloween as John McClane from the first "Die Hard". I have an MP5 and 9MM Beretta, both made out of Legos. I thought last night, how cool it would be to have all Lego accessories for the costume. So I started making a walkie talkie, and it grew from there. Check em out.
The walkie talkie, not a replica of the one McClane used. I came up with an original design. It has the antenna and channel dials on the top, keypad on the front, talk button and power switch on one side, rubber finger grips on the other side, belt clip and battery compartment on the back.

A pack of smokes and a lit cigarette, any brand will do. I replicated a familiar brand. It rhymes with Farlboro.

The badge on a leather holder, not my best work. I did what I could with it.

A 9MM Beretta. This is an exact replica of my real Lego model, based off my old 9MM LDD design. I improved the grip, and the trigger guard is a new design. It looks sweeter studless too.

An MP5, a better version of my real one. Again, based off my old LDD MP5. I improved this one just now while working on it. The sights are new, as are the handgrip, and the rails on the sides of the gun leading to the stock. On my real one, the stock is adjustable and it locks in place.

And of course, a 1000 year old Twinkie. Yum.

cool collection! i like the baretta most. what program do you use to make these creations? i dont think its LDD. and can you comment on my guns?
Thanks for commenting. These were, in fact, made with LDD. I love the Beretta too. It's the first LDD gun I made with the program, and the first I made for real. I'll take a look at what you have. |

Love it! Why is the mag on the MP5 grey though?
Thanks for the comment, Ben. When I make weapons with exposed magazines, I typically make the mags grey. I think they look a little better that way. |
