After 2 long months of planning, designing, building, tearing apart, rebuilding, Bricklink orders, changing more things, and building some more, my largest and most detailed project is finally complete! Yay for me!!!
About this creation

Sig figgy Me: "Mind if I take her for a spin!?"

Darth Vader: "Uhh yeah duh you built it. If you scratch it though, I will stick this lightsaber..."

Sig figgy Me: "Hey easy now, theres kids looking at this and you don't need to be using that kind of language!"

Darth Vader: "Fine I will just force choke you."

Sig figgy Me: "Alright lets go do some rebel huntin'!!"

Sig figgy Me: "WHOOOOOAAAAAAAA!"

I just went through the pics again for like the 40th time, and I just couldn't resist to comment again on such a magnificent, beautiful and austanding work of art.The time it took you and the effort is completely noticeable.Believe me,I would make a try myself if I weren't lacking pieces at the present moment. If this were an official LEGO set I would surely buy it.You should be given the membership of the LEGO Star Wars team to release your TIE's,especially this one.You should definitely keep this in display and I would even suggest putting it under glass protection,if possible, because such a neat creation truly doesn't just need it,but it deserves it.This is a sign of your unique designing and building skills.By far,I consider this the best minifig scale TIE Advanced X1 starfighter,as it truly is.I obviously know any attempt of mine would never surpass this TIE.I would surely love to know your methods on the wings and the angles of your TIEs,as they are the best I've seen to match the actual solar panels shown in the movies.I also admire how you make the interior of the cockpit as it looks incredibly accurate too.Plus the stand makes truly look like a profesional build.Keep up the art skills. -C.Hawk-Cheers!

Thanks!!! I put a load of work into this puppy and I am glad you really appreciate my efforts! I used a UCS type of stand for this. The overall build is kinda my UCS style. I have seen many TIE fighters in the past, but this is far the best. The connection from the body to the wings is very accurate and so are the wings as well. Quoting Hrvoje Hedžet I've already liked it on PC in school, but now it's time for comment. WOW! This is definetly the most accurate TIE Advanceed I've ever seen. It looks so awesome! The way you did the wings is brilliant. I hope my minifig scale X-wing will look as cool as this once I finish it (that won't happen soon). I guess you'll keep this model assembled. I believe it would look really nice on display.
Thank you so much! I am definitely keeping this on permanent display. I actually intend to build some of the other TIEs in this fashion. My next big project is going to be a re-do of the TIE avenger. It will look like this but WAY cooler. I think you should take as long as it takes on your upcoming X-wing. The end result will be worth it.
