About this creation
MOCpages is many good things, but most of all it is it's people. First, some nominations..
Tom Simon - A brilliant builder of landscapes who's supported my creations and many others since I was first here, with a unique combination of wit and intelligence.
Ape Fight - Another great supporter of all car builders, who I know goes out of his way to find new builders and encourage them with his perfectly pitched and constructive criticism.
Mister Bones - A busy man who nevertheless finds time to offer encouragement to all the MOColympics entrants, despite not being in it.
Dave Kaleta - The winner of MOC Olympics gets a Tower Bridge courtesy of him. 'nuff said.
El Barto! - Such a good guy I can forgive him for being a dentist...
DeTomaso Pantera - A good friend who is another prolific commenter on new builder's MOCs. Owner of the largest cheese collection in the world...
MortalSwordsman - Another good friend who goes out of his way to offer encouragement to others.
There's loads of others.... MOCpages is full of people like this and that's what makes it great.
The winner of my little cup, taker of the cake, is Marc dZ for this extraordinary act of kindness.

Wow nick this is a lovely thing to do. Thanks for mention it really means a lot to me :). I think you deserve a mention too ;). As you know you are one of my biggest inspirations on the pages. Hope you are well. I've not been online a lot recently but I have started my transporter - it's a monster 24 studs wide and circa 100 long !!! Steering and engine but I have chickened out on suspension gears. Talk soon buddy :) |

It will be hard to describe all the emotions I went through this morning after 5 days off: The discovery of all the comments made by such mighty builders, the way -your way- that left me speachless behind my screen. My "candle" dedication was spontaneous, even naive, and that's maybe why I was so... so surprised, astonished and grateful watching your award. There's not enough place to say "thank you so much, my friend". My turn to say: you made my day! For a long while.
BTW: I observed carefully the way you built this beautiful cup... I will keep the technic in mind, thanks!!
