The "Runt" of the decepticons; he is the "control" expert of the decepticons, or as the other decepticons will say; the torture expert. Though he's considered a runt, no one ever calls him that unless they want to get horribly beaten and tortured. Though he is only the size of a average vending machine, he's as strong as Seastrike or any other of the larger decepticons. After landing on earth, his scanning computer was damaged and he kept his cybertronian ball drone alternative form to avoid damaging his robotic body.
