This is a customized version of my 4-wide Shelby Ford AC Cobra 827.

About this creation

From the beginning I wanted to build a blue version of my Cobra. Now I finally got all the parts I needed for it.

I put some big rims on this one. I think they look fine on this classic car.

I ordered a chromed motor block with my last BrickLink order, so I used that one, too.

And once again: Credits to Aaron for the design of the tail lights.

I'm already looking for these parts ;-) You're right: The best color for a Cobra is the classic American Racing Blue. But some of the parts are quite rare and expensive and the 1x2 curved brick doesn't exist in dark blue :-(.

I had to stare at this for I while to beleave it was a 4 wide, it has a level of detail I have rarly even seen of 5 wides! The color scheme is very cool and I agree, the big rims do look good on this car, I hate those who put them on 64 Impalas though, they don't work then. Amazing job on this MOC, keep up the good work.
