Complete credit for the UGM-7 goes to BiO.Andrew, for such a promising frame. Seen here sporting RGF Productions colors.
About this creation

The UGM-7b is a refitted UGM-7, with of course, my odd quirks in design. Overall a very versatile frame and very well built at that. I did tweak the armor a bit, as well as add useful little functions. Here on the back, I've added a jumpjet. And I also revised the head/neck.

On to the equipment! The first item up for bid... er... for show, is the shield. A nice simple shield that compliments the design and very useful for defense.

But wait, there's more! Mounted in the the tip of the shield is a small beam sabre for fighting at close range. Very useful for surprise attacks, or last ditch efforts.

Next up, we can clearly see the shoulders have been tweaked, adding a pair of missile tubes in each shoulder. These give good mid to long range offensive power, especially with fire and forget warheads.

In addition to the missiles, the main weapon is a beam rifle. I don't normally toy with beam weaponry, since I like projectile weapons better, but this one just screamed beam weapon.

Aside from other cosmetic difference, this is all Andrew's work, so go check out his works! You can see them right here. ---> BiO.Andrew

And finally, a sneak peak at my nearly finished mecha project, curtesy of Thomas Z's cloak preview idea. You will see more of it, soon enough.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
First off, BiO.Andrew has a very promising frame that he's been toying with. I don't normally do this, but I was drawn to it, especially with my recent work on the Drone Veterans, and their frame. Hats off to you Andrew, great work!
Sometimes I wonder where my head is lately. I start something, and then start something else before finishing it. It's hard to concentrate lately, too. So many projects and not enough time. Ah well, back to the drawing board.

Great job on this mech! I really love the UGM-7 frame and the ways you added on to it were awesome! Great job!
Thanks. It was fun to tweak, and Andrew did a good job on it. |

Sweet mech, diggin' the armaments.
Thanks. Don't do beam weapons often, unless they're on ships, or beam sabres. Maybe I should do them more often. |

hmm, good point. it's a pain trying to pose Mechs on LDD, especially if you use ball joints. well, I'll let you do what you want. personally I really like LDD for Mechs, mostly because my LEGO collection doesn't have the kind of bricks needed to make some decent Mechs (and even if I did have the money needed to get those pieces, I wouldn't know where to get them from). and maybe it is a bad idea to take them apart. but hey, this is coming from a guy that takes apart his models five minutes after building them. :P
I'm sorry, I didn't realize I needed your approval. You really ought to watch how you word things... |

Wow, I'm really quite surprised at this. You've done an awesome work with upgrading this, great job all around! Thanks so much for recognizing me like this! :D
I'm glad you like it! Like I'd said, a very useful and well built frame, I used something similar for my newest mecha project. I just didn't like the head being squat down on the torso. I look foreward to any more UGM's that you have on the way. Oh, and I think you and Chuck probably posted at the same time, which is why he didn't see your post. |

I see you addressed the main issue some of us had with the original design, that the head was just a little bland. the new raised dome and "neck" definitely add the something the original was missing.
Yeah, I was pleased how simple the soution actually was. It looks better to me with the head raised. |

hey RGF, what if you took apart existing creations to build the new ones? if you really like what you've already made, you can use LDD to put together some simple "building instructions" (do you have LDD Extended?) so you can rebuild the models later. that'd get you the pieces you need to build new models. by the way, personally I kinda like LDD. you have the bricks available to build things you could never get built in real life. and if done right, you can make LDD models look stinkin' awesome.
If I dismantled my models, how would I take pictures of them later for the project I'm working on? Also, I've been using LDD for years, I just don't like making many mecha, because it irritates me that there's always posing issues. You really ought to take a look at my other works. |

I find it amusing that the one person who HASN'T commented on this is Andrew himself XD Really nice work! Really like the shield idea and I like that you made the head articulated while still retaining the usual UGM-7 head shape. I'm sure Bio will appreciate it when he finally does mosey on over here. |

That's a nice frame, and I like the weaponry you added! Projectiles are always fun, but sometimes you just have to throw a terrific death ray in there. |

Really nice design on this mech. I like the armor configuration a lot. Not only did you create a really nice mech you left my mouth watering with your sneak peek lol.
Well, unfortunately your mouth will have to stay watering. I'm still tweaking it. |

Nice modification! Altough I must say that the idea of "let's use transparent color on the full model for stealth" came from Mithryl Dlarix, but he didn't use it for "previews" ^^
Yes, I'm aware, but I've seen it a few other places as well. You are the first one that I've seen to use it as a preview mechanic. But Mythril deserves credit too. |

Good job in the "upgrades", still I don't like the head. The shield is nice and the missile effect is awesome, but difficult to achieve in the real world. About brainstorms, I realized that I was involved in a lot of projects too, all of them unfinished. So, I decided to keep the most importants, like ARMAX and AEGAKS. You may notice that I've deleted my pages related to another projects, such BIODOME and Atlantis and some scraps. I'm not saying you maust do the same (It's a pain to delet some pages, for the emotional sake), but put in pen all your ideas and then choose the ideas that are easier to accomplish and focus in that. I know you may be tired of building for the AEGAKS theme, but I have you a suggestion: As a master of LDD, what you think of building somethink huge... like Industrial Sector, or Sentai Province. I want to build the golden city from the original TLG story line. IT can be viewed here: http://images.wikia.com/exo-force/images/0/05/Golden_City_Bridge0001_2Golden_City_c.png
Well, to be honest, I'm not tired of AEGAKS. I don't like how LDD makes my AEGAKS look. And I lack parts for more models. I actually have been working on more Sentai Pronvice stuff, such as miniscale buildings, which I used to generate the town burning in my Collection project. As for the Golden City, I didn't like it. I strongly didn't like it. It felt like Lego cheated with that. The humans suddenly upgrade due to these ancient and powerful machines, which they can somehow operate like they had all their lives. Not for me. I would set my other ideas to paper, but I either lose them or drive myself crazy until I build them. Neither are a good option. |
