Weapons: G-Class .55cal SMG, X-Class modified twin-linked Protomag Blaster Cannon, Medium range “Sparrow” all purpose missiles.
BakPak: Custom Dual Core Protomag-cooled fusion reactors
Backstory: Ol’ Jim is a veteran of the 3rd world war as well as several other lesser conflicts and has served in the U.S. Army for 35 years. After they forced him to retire, he joined the United Nations Moonshadow Core, the only group that would take an old combat vet like Jim. As most people with the nickname “Tex”, he acquired it from the fact that he was born in Texas. Jim does enjoy tinkering here and there, and has made several custom modifications to his Moonshadow, including the twin-linked Protomag Blaster and the Dual core fusion reactors to support the blaster’s massive energy requirements. He was selected for the Farglow Facility mission due to his unignorable combat expertise and experience, considering his decorated military history.
Personality: Ol’ Jim still prefers getting out in the field himself when he can, and in certain special cases, is still allowed to. Though he’s 55 years old, he’s still tougher than most of the young bucks that try and outmatch “Old man Jim” as he’s been labeled. Out in the field, Tex is ruthlessly loyal and would quickly take a dive if it ment that his team could escape, though there have been several cases where the opposite happened and he was the only one to return from a mission, and the memory of his fallen brothers still weigh heavy on him.
Now then, onto the mech! Tex’s Moonshadow includes many armor upgrades, more stable feet, 2 extra magazines for his SMG on his chest and ofcoarse some decals to suit Ol’ Jim’s quick tempered nature.

Only required mod is the addition of a technic peg or technic peg hole for connection to a Hummingbird II. Also, your rank/unit markings are both red for Gunny rank and LTMC Recon 7 unit. |

A few notes about your back story. 1, the TFF mission is a just an ordinary 'Theran Strike' mission, involving capturing a located Theran base and is not really meant to be too difficult. 2, TS is set on Morhdia, not Earth; however trying to meld that with your back story has given me an idea.
