About this creation

I just spent the last three hours building this. Ever since I built my first LDD Mad Max Shotgun, I've been wanting to improve on it. First, I wanted thicker barrels. Two wide barrels were too small, four wide would be too thick. Three wide looks great. Done. Second, I wanted it to break open like the real thing. Done. The most difficult part of this was the handle. I had a helluva time getting the right angle. It's not perfect, but it's good enough for me. It measures about 17" long. Man... I need some cash to buy pieces. The new Legoland in Florida just opened! It's only about three hours away. Hmmmm.....

No, not offended at all. I needed to connect the barrels to the front of the gun so I could break it open, thats why I couldn't use dishes.

I have to say, you definitely have the potential for designing great MOCs over time, but, some of your recent designs have been lacking the quality. This MOC, for instance: the handle is assembled from 2x4 and 3x4 room tiles; but, why not use something more curved that would fit the style of the gun for precise accuracy? The two barrels also should use different pieces, perhaps some dishes facing sideways. Just a suggestion. I just definitely see potential in you; more than any other LEGO digital designer.

Thanks for the input. I thought about the 3x3 dishes for the barrels. But they didn't work for the model I was building. I'm sorry you're not thrilled with my recent work.
