MocOlympics Round 3: What could possibly go wrong?

"What could possibly go wrong?" Through the ages...

When I got this category, I decided that I wanted to make small scenes of "What could possibly go wrong" through the ages. Obviously, as you read this, you will notice that not all of these actually happened. That is why it is not "Throughout History." And now, enjoy the show!

First off, we have Adam and Eve, a classic moment of "What could possibly go wrong?"
And now, for the dialogue.

Eve: Hey Adam, a creepy snake told me to eat this apple and share it with you."

Adam: "Where did you get the apple, Eve?"

Eve: "I got it from the one tree that God specifically told us not to eat from."

Adam: "Well, that is an endorsement if I have ever heard one. What could possibly go wrong?"

I had to do it.

Since Star Wars is a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, this is where it goes in the timeline.

Grand Moff Tarkin: "There is only a small exhaust port through which the Rebel Alliance can harm us through. What could possibly go wrong?"

We all know what went wrong.

Arthur: "Now what happens?"

Bedevere: "Well now, Launcelot, Galahad, and I wait until nightfall and
then leap out of the rabbit and take the French by surprise, not only
by surprise but totally unarmed!"

Arthur: "Who ... Who breaks out?"

Bedevere: "Er ... We ... Launcelot, Galahad, and I ... Er ... leap out
of the rabbit and ..."

Lancelot: *covers his eyes*

Bedevere: "Look, if we were to build a large wooden badger..."

What could possibly go wrong with this plan? Also, if you don't understand this, you need to go watch "Monty Python and the Holy Grail." Now.

In 1532, Atahualpa, the Incan emperor, decided that it was a good plan to brag about his wealth to Francisco Pizarro, and then give him a guide into his realm. What could possibly go wrong?

*In case you didn't know, the Spanish took Atahualpa prisoner and were pained an enormous sum annually for keeping him alive. They Incan empire never recovered.*

Francisco Pizarro, brutal Spanish leader.

France, 1789

In the gardens of Versaille:

King Louis XVI: "Marie, I have a great plan. Let's violently oppress 99% of the population. What could possibly go wrong?"

Marie Antoinette: "Or, we could let them eat cake."

*Hee hee, history joke.*

As we all know, this plan definitely went wrong, ending with the beheadings of much of the French Aristocracy.

If you read this post and understood none of the references, you need to watch some movies and listen in History.

Before I end, I have to say thanks to the judges and good luck to my opponent and all of the other contestant.

Yeah, I'm afraid I went with Gio as well - he not only had some solid building, but the concept was VERY unique. You did some terrific scenes here, though, and while it's time to hit the showers (by the way, don't pick up the soap), you go out on a high note. Some nice work!

Mr. Halliwell, Sometimes you eat the bar and sometimes... well, he eats you. Hold your head up high, this is a great build and concept. The concept of Gio's and the consistency of build just beat you out. Thank you for sharing your take on the category. ~Dave
