Somewhere, in the depths of the Sherwood Forest...
Robin Hood and his gang of Merry Men rob the rich and give to the poor.
After a hard day's work, they go to their secret hideout...
Where are they?
Ooh. Not here.
Here?
There?
Aha.
There they are! Livin' it up like there's no tomorrow!
The man, the myth, the legend. Robin Hood himself. And a very merry man on the floor.
They don't give ALL their treasure to the poor. You gotta make a living somehow!
Oh, to be a merry man.
Fourth wall stuff
Well, that there is my MIT Round One entry. Hopefully Barrett will post something, I'd like to have a good battle rather than get a free pass into Round Two. This literally took me the whole ten days to build, I finished it this afternoon. Stinkin' MocOlympics come right at the time of high school starting. Sob...
That's all I got to say. Bye now (for real)
Or not! Here is how I did the rhododendron. I was going for something similar to Tom SImon's before realizing that a) It would take up too much space and b) I just couldn't do it. I designed a smaller and shabbier one, but it gets the job done quite nicely. Feel free to use it and be sure to leave the sprues on!

First impression was "wow" - so much packed into a small space, I love it! The pine tree design with the large leaves is exceptional. I'm glad to see you're moving on to Round 2. |
