MIT Round 1 Iceman vs. Mark Murphy
Here is my entry for a contest. We had to make something microscale. My first time trying microscale. I think it turned out nice.

Opponent's entry

Opponent's page

Here are the apartment buildings.

I really like this little tower technique right here.

Heres a little water fountain.

Now to the office buildings.

I really like how this little art gallery thing came out.

City hall.

Heres some hotel buildings.

I really like this one.

Heres a little hill with some trees.

Now some pictures of the buildings by them selves.

Now for some fun!

Robot: Ha ha! I'm going to destroy the city!

*Kicks the building*

Robot: Muahaha!

What is that thing?
Giant-Cyclops: No! Don't destroy the city!

Robot: Nooooo!

What is Phipson doing here?!
Phipson: HA! HA! Take this!

*Crash*

Little-Jimmy: Teehee! This is for not letting me go to round 2 in the MocOlympics! All that acting for nothing?!

Phipson: What?! You can't defeat me!

*Crash*

Iceman: Gah! Sorry for all the nonsense!

Well, thats the end!

This is a very nice build, but the other judges summed it up quite well, my vote went to Mark.

Quoting Hans Dendauw NPD I think you could have done well following the category.
Maybe you should have been a little more specific...

Your micro city looks very nice, but it doesn't exactly follow the category. However, great build! Sorry, but my vote will have to be for Mark Murphy's creations.

Love how you used the hinge brick for a "revolving" door on the blue/white building - excellent idea! However, the category was to shrink an existing MOC, or LEGO set, not just to build micro scale. My vote goes to Mark Murphy.

Quoting MortalSwordsman . Great Scene. I love the buildings and the little water fountain is perfect. I have never seen the robot minifigure before where is it from? The story at the end reminds me of the old Godzila movies - very funny. Good luck
Thanks for the comment! I don't know what set it's from, I got the fig at Brickcon.

Nice. :) I think you should fix the links so they actually work though. Copy and paste this and do so with the other links: 2011 MIT
