74-Z Speeder Bike V2 (ROTJ Endor)
Immediately after I posted my first version of this, I started to think of ways to improve it because I wasn't quite happy with it. Basically keeping the main body of it the same, I went back to the drawing board, did a little more research, and took the comments and suggestions to heart. Here's the result!
About this creation

If you notice, the power cell (megaphone piece) is directly under the bike where it is supposed to be instead of on the side of the bike. It is pretty much the perfect piece to use for this application because it looks just like the one on the real thing.

Did the best I could come up with for the legs, And yes I know the arms look out of proportion now but whatever... If you want to copy this bike for whatever reason, go for it! Maybe shoot a little cred my way ;) Comments and suggestions are always welcome! Thanks for viewing!!!

Quoting The Pied Pauper $$ You did really well trying to get a rider on there. It is difficult trying to reproduce stuff like this because human and minifig proportions are not the same. One thing that might help the seat a bit is to take the black 1x2 plate out from under the black 1x2 tile and drop it down to the same level as the console. that will allow the brown cheese slope to be a bit higher at the back like it is on the "real" bike.
Version 3, (hah! I will probably go through 10 verions before its right), is much better. I added some new things to it and completely re-did the seat area like you stated. The scout trooper is also revised. You will see! Again, thanks for the feedback! :D

The arms are okay, to me anyway. But I don't really like the legs much.

Quoting T. Young What bothers me is the seat. It isnt as thin or long as it should be. Im sure other people saw that. And because of the seat, the legs have to be rediculously long. Look at The Pied Pauper's 74-Z. You can see what I mean.
You are right about the height of the seat, I will have more upgrades when I post the Hoth version. Thanks for the constructive feedback!

Quoting M<0><0>DSWIM ! Very nicely done! This is definately one of the most accurate speederbikes at this scale. The legs do look a bit...odd, though.:)
I think I figured the legs out. I will be posting the new fig with my Hoth version.

The differences from your last version are subtle, but very good. I love the minifig too!

This makes me want to try a second version of my attempt at a more accurately proportioned speeder: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/152793 (if you're interested). I used some modified pieces for hand-grips as the ones you used weren't out yet (npu, btw). Nice work!~H

Quoting Green Ghost . Great job I love this but you could use the 1x1 with a tooth part sticking out as feet, but other than that this is perfect!
I have seen that technique used before and I really wanted to do that, only thing is I don't have any of those to use right now. One would be cool on the back of the trooper too! I am definitely adding those to my bricklink list now!

Thanks for the feedback! I really don't like them either but I couldn't find any other way at the moment to make good looking legs for this. I mainly focused on the build of the bike.
