Nice! Those are some small hands!

The colour scheme definitely says "magma" due to the yellows and reds. The general shape looks good and I'm getting a definite drake vibe from the MOC. One suggestion though, while the dark background is great for suggesting a cave environment, it would have been nice to see it against a lighter coloured background to make out the detail. not for all the shots obviously, but maybe two or three at the end perhaps against a white background. That's probably the only major thing I'd have done differently.

The dragon looks good, particularly it's head. It reminds me of a lethal baby dragon in some way. Using axe heads for spikes is a great idea also.
